RedSherpa.com is a snowmobile magazine and social network for freeriders. It is created by freeriders that travel worldwide to explore big mountains with epic riding. We have a background as snowmobilers, skiers and snowboarders since the 80's. Today most of us find sledding as the ultimate mountain riding, but some of us bring the skis and snowboards on the sled once and a while too. Our site offer a lot of the features you find on major networking sites like Facebook and MySpace, plus great stories, news and amazing photography. We cooperate with some of the greatest sled riders, skiers and snowboarders in North America and Scandinavia, and have captured their lifestyle and amazing freeriding for several years.

REDSHERPA IS CREATED BY ROCKSIDE MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHER HANS WÄRDELL
It started out as a printed magazine back in 2005 that we created for Tobe Technology. For you who don't know, Tobe is creating some of the greatest clothing on the market for sled riders, skiers and snowboarders. They delivered RedSherpa Magazine to 50.000 freeriders in North America and Scandinavia for free in a couple of years. The readers loved it and many says it's the greatest snowmobile magazine in the world.

IN 2008 REDSHERPA WAS TAKEN OVER BY ROCKSIDE MEDIA
Tobe changed the name of their magazine to Tobe Technology Magazine during the year 2008. After that Rockside decided to take over RedSherpa to keep it alive for all the readers. Rockside has been producing lifestyle magazines since 2002 and the mission has always been to entertain the readers with high quality photography and great stories. The goal for RedSherpa is the same, to keep on entertaining and inspiring you with the best photography, interesting stories, and a great social network for freeriders. We won't distribute any printed magazines during the year 2009, but we let you know when a new issue is coming out.
